Enrollment terms
What you are buying
One company seat in The Operator Cohort: six weeks of recorded lessons, weekly live rooms, exercises and checklists, a private community channel, and two participant seats (the founder and one named operator). The program teaches a method. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice.
Price and payment
$7,500 per company, paid in full before the cohort starts, or in three payments of $2,500: the first before the cohort starts and the next two at thirty-day intervals. A seat is confirmed when the first payment clears. If a scheduled payment fails and is not corrected within seven days, access is paused until it is.
Refunds
Two promises, described in full on the refunds page: a cooling-off refund on request before the second live room, and the outcome guarantee at the end of week six for participants who did the exercises and attended the rooms.
The credit
The full cohort fee is credited toward Michael Griswold's two-day on-site read if booked within twelve months of the cohort's end, by the same entity that sold the cohort. The credit is not transferable and has no cash value.
Recording
Live rooms are recorded for participants who miss a session. Other participants will see and hear you. Any use of a clip in marketing requires your separate written consent, never assumed.
Materials
The curriculum, decks, beat sheets and checklists belong to the selling entity and are licensed to you for use in your own business, not for resale or re-teaching. Your own data, files and anything an agent produces from your inputs are yours.
Results
Outcomes vary with the business and the effort. No revenue, cost or time-saved figure is promised, because there is no evidence base for one yet.
