Do I need to know how to code?
No. Nobody writes code. If you can write an email and open a folder, you can do everything in this room.
What is an AI agent, in plain words?
A program you give a job to. Not a chat box you type questions into. You point it at a folder of your real files, you tell it how you like things done, and it does the job and reports back. It works while you do something else.
Is this the same as ChatGPT?
No. ChatGPT answers a question and forgets you. An agent does a job, remembers how you like it done, and does it again next week without being asked.
When and where is it?
Thursday, November 12, 2026, 9am to 4pm, in a private boardroom in Houston's Galleria area. The exact room comes with your confirmation. Lunch is in the room.
What does it cost?
$5,000 for the company, both seats, lunch included. You pay after the call, once you have the date in writing. Nothing is charged when you apply. The whole $5,000 counts toward Michael's $9,500 two-day read if you ever book it.
Does my company information go into an AI, and who can see it?
Your files stay on your laptop. Nothing of yours is sent to Michael, and nothing goes on a screen in the room unless you choose to show it. When the agent works, it sends the part of a file it needs to the company that makes it, the same way ChatGPT does when you paste something in. You pick the folder, so you pick what it can see.
What does it cost to keep running after the day?
The agent runs on your own laptop on a paid plan in your own name, with the company that makes it. We set it up together on the call. You own the account and Michael makes nothing from it. Prices move, so we check what it costs that week.
What do I bring?
A laptop you use for work, and one job you are tired of doing yourself. Before the day we set the laptop up with you on a fifteen-minute call.
Who should I bring?
The person who keeps things running when you are out. An office manager, a controller, an operations manager, a dispatcher, a general manager. If you have two, bring the one at a computer all day.
Does this mean I let someone go?
No. The job you hand over is one nobody wanted. The person you bring leaves with more authority than they came with.
Is it recorded, or can I join online?
The day is recorded, so you can rewatch a part you missed. You also leave with the files on your own laptop, which is the part that matters. The room itself is in person.
What if I cannot make it, or it does not work for my business?
Tell Michael seven days or more before and you choose your money back or a seat in the next room. And if you did the work and one job is not running on its own by 4pm, you get every dollar back before you leave.
